maptransfer software package provides upload/download maps to/from a VALVe game server (Client), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install maptransfer
maptransfer is installed in your system.
Make ensure the maptransfer package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep maptransfer *
You will get with maptransfer package name, version, architecture and description in a table
